Company referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement refers to Nash Technology Limited.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

This includes but is not limited to; name, identification number, phone number, address, age, curriculum vitae, marital status, gender, health details, location information, online identifier, the personal opinions, views, or preferences of the person.

• the collection, receipt, recording, organization, collation, storage, updating or modification, retrieval, alteration, consultation, or use.
• dissemination by means of transmission, distribution or making available in any other form; or
• merging, linking, as well as restriction, degradation, erasure, or destruction of Personal Data.

Service refers to money transfer/remittance, currency exchange, website or Application use, job applications etc.

Third-party Service Provider means any natural or juristic person that processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to service providers employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

🌐 Website Visitor

We may collect your data such as IP address; browser type; operating system of Your electronic device.

💼 Recruitment Candidate

We may obtain Recruitment Candidate data such as Name, telephone number, address, contact information, date of birth, and other identifying information, CV etc directly or via our third-party partner, for recruitment purposes. We may also collect other information relating to the education or the financial, criminal or employment history of the person.

🏢 Visitors

If You visit our physical office space, we will collect your name, contact details (e.g. phone number, purpose of visit and the person You wish to see) and identification of any mobile device held. We will also capture Your image or video in Image/Video recording (CCTV footage) for security purposes.

Where a customer or other visitor makes online telephone contact via the helpdesk, we may also record the voice calls for purpose of audit and quality assurance processes and as evidence for prevention of frauds.

To provide and maintain our Service: These include onboard you as a customer as required by the Central of Bank of Nigeria and to monitor the usage of our sites and services offered.

To manage Your Account: The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user. It will also be used to contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

For the performance of a contract: The undertaking, execution, and compliance to contractual terms between the company and You, services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service will be done by processing Your data.

To make employment decision: We use the information for the purposes of Communicating with You during the recruitment process, Onboarding You as an employee should we hire You and We and the CBN use the information for background checks.

For security and Fraud prevention: We collect visitors' data for Validating the identity of visitors, audit and security of lives and property and ensuring our premises are safe and secure. We also collect digital visitors' data for purposes of ensuring the security of our systems and to mitigate against fraud.

For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience. This will be done in line with our Cookies Policy.

With Affiliates: We will share Your Personal Data with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.

With business partners/Third-party processors: We will share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services such as onboarding, KYC verification, transaction monitoring, AML/CFT reporting, and any other services incidental to the provision of Our Service. We will ensure that adequate Data protection safeguards are maintained by the processors in line with the applicable laws and regulations.

Regulators and Law Enforcement: As part of our regulatory requirements, We will share information with Regulators such as CBN, NFIU and law enforcements agents generally and any other Judicial authority as may be required.

With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.
